Caregiver Jobs in Seminole and Orange County

We are hiring HHAs, CNAs and companions across Central Florida. Competitive pay, real scheduling flexibility, consistent client assignments, and a coordinator who actually answers the phone.

Why Work Here

What We Offer Caregivers

We know what makes caregivers leave agencies. We built this one around fixing those things.

Competitive, honest pay

Clear rates quoted up front, paid reliably, with premium differentials on overnight and holiday shifts.

Schedules that respect your life

Tell us your real availability and we staff around it. Part time, full time, weekends only or live-in.

Consistent client assignments

You stay with the same clients instead of driving to a new address every morning.

Paid training and growth

Ongoing training in dementia care, fall prevention and safe transfers, and support toward certification.

Someone answers the phone

Reach a real coordinator when a shift goes sideways, including nights and weekends.

Covered and protected

Workers compensation and liability coverage on every assignment. You are never on your own out there.

What We Look For

The Caregivers We Hire Have This in Common

Skills can be taught and certifications can be earned. What we cannot install in someone is patience, reliability and the instinct to treat an eighty five year old stranger the way they would treat their own grandmother.

If you show up when you said you would, tell the truth when something goes wrong, and can stay calm when a client with dementia asks the same question for the ninth time, we want to talk to you.

FAQ

Caregiver Job Questions

Most of our roles suit an HHA certificate or a Florida CNA license, and every caregiver must clear Florida Level 2 background screening. Companion and homemaker roles have lighter requirements. If you have real caregiving experience but no certificate yet, apply anyway and tell us where you are.

You tell us the windows you can genuinely commit to and we build assignments around them. We would rather have accurate availability and a caregiver who shows up than optimistic availability and a no-show. Weekday, weekend, overnight, live-in and fill-in shifts are all available.

No, and that is deliberate. We schedule to keep the same caregiver with the same client, which is better for the client and much better for you. You get to know one person’s routine instead of relearning six.

We are consistently hiring HHAs, CNAs and companions across Seminole and Orange County, including Altamonte Springs, Orlando, Winter Park, Lake Mary, Longwood and Maitland. Submit an application and our hiring coordinator will review it personally.
