Alzheimer's & Dementia Care
Structured, patient in-home support for people living with Alzheimer’s, vascular dementia and Lewy body dementia, and for the families carrying it.
Routine Is the Treatment We Can Actually Deliver
Dementia care at home is largely about predictability. The same caregiver, the same sequence, the same cues at the same times. When that structure holds, agitation drops, eating improves and the late afternoon hours get easier. When it breaks, everything gets harder at once.
Our caregivers are trained in redirection rather than correction, in reading the unmet need behind a behavior, and in managing sundowning, repetitive questions, resistance to care and wandering risk. We also work with the family, because the instinct to argue with a false belief is natural and almost always counterproductive.
How We Support Memory Loss at Home
Consistent daily routine
The same caregiver following the same sequence, which is the single most effective thing we can offer.
Redirection, not correction
Trained responses to repeated questions, false beliefs and resistance that de escalate instead of inflame.
Sundowning support
Structured late afternoon and evening care during the hours when confusion and agitation typically peak.
Wandering and exit risk
Supervision and environmental adjustments for clients at risk of leaving the home unsafely.
Nutrition and hydration
Cueing, simplified choices and finger foods for clients who forget to eat or lose interest in meals.
Family coaching
Practical guidance so the family's approach reinforces the caregiver's instead of working against it.
When Families Usually Call Us
- A recent Alzheimer's, vascular or Lewy body dementia diagnosis
- Late afternoon agitation that the household cannot absorb any more
- A spouse providing 24 hour supervision and running out of capacity
- Wandering, leaving the stove on, or getting lost on a familiar route
- Resistance to bathing, dressing or medication that has become a daily fight
Not sure this is the right level of care?
That is exactly what the free assessment is for. A coordinator will look at the whole picture and tell you honestly what your family needs, even if it is not us.

Yes. Dementia specific training is part of our onboarding and continuing education, covering redirection, behavioral triggers, sundowning and safe communication. We match clients with memory loss to caregivers who have real experience with it.
Yes. We staff overnight shifts and rotating 24 hour coverage. For clients with exit seeking behavior we build a consistent overnight team rather than rotating unfamiliar faces through the house at night.
Often, yes. Resistance during personal care usually traces to fear, pain or loss of control rather than aggression as such. Our assessment looks for the trigger and we adjust the approach. If behavior escalates beyond what non-medical care can safely handle, we will tell you plainly and help you find the right level of support.
Earlier than most families do. Introducing a caregiver while your parent can still form a relationship makes acceptance dramatically easier than starting in a crisis.
