Last updated: September 2, 2026

Embracing Home Care LLC (“Embracing Home Care”, “we”, “us”) operates embracinghomecare.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit our care request form or our caregiver application form, we collect the information you enter. For care requests that typically includes your name, phone number, email address, the city where care is needed, who the care is for, the kinds of help you are looking for, your preferred start date and any details you choose to share about your situation. For caregiver applications it typically includes your name, contact details, city, the position you are applying for, certifications, experience, availability, transportation status and any link or information you provide about your work history.

Please do not send detailed medical records or diagnoses through the website form. If we need health information to plan care, we will collect it directly and securely during the in-home assessment.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting and security systems record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring page. This is used for security, performance and understanding which pages are useful.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your care request and schedule a free in-home assessment.
  • To review and respond to caregiver applications.
  • To contact you by phone, text or email about the request you submitted.
  • To meet our record keeping obligations as a Florida licensed home care agency.
  • To maintain the security and reliability of the website.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate, and only to the extent they need it: our website host, our email delivery provider and our forms and customer relationship software. We may also disclose information where required by law, by a regulator such as the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration, or to protect the safety of a client or caregiver.

Text messages

If you provide a mobile number and agree to be contacted, we may text you about your care request or application. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.

How long we keep information

We keep website enquiry and application records for as long as needed to respond and to meet legal, licensing and insurance obligations, then dispose of them securely. Client care records are handled separately under our clinical and licensing record retention practices, not under this website policy.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and access to submissions is restricted to authorised staff. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive medical or financial details through the website.

Your choices

You can ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, subject to any records we are required to keep. You can opt out of marketing contact at any time. To make a request, email contact@embracinghomecare.com or call 321-758-2036.
